You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.
jil9 is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests above the applicable threshold. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document such as a UMID card, SSS ID, PhilHealth card, driver's licence, or Philippine passport. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions.

All activity conducted through your jil9 account — including deposits, bets, game plays, and withdrawals — is your sole responsibility. jil9 treats all instructions received from your account as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a security breach.

Game results are final once confirmed by the platform server. In the event of a discrepancy between information displayed in a client application and the jil9 server records, the server records shall prevail.
jil9 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or errors during gameplay, except where such malfunction directly results in an incorrect game outcome. Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour directed at dealers or other players will result in immediate removal from the game and potential account suspension.

Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where amendments are required urgently due to legal or regulatory obligations, in which case changes may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the jil9 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and the relevant regulations issued by PAGCOR. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Philippines.
